Details: Maribyrnong Primary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Coaching and Mentor Officer to join its vibrant and inclusive learning community. Working under general direction and in collaboration with the Business Manager and school leadership team, this role provides leadership, mentoring, and professional guidance to Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) while maintaining an active role in supporting students with diverse and complex needs.

The successful applicant will play a key role in strengthening inclusive and trauma-informed practices across the school by mentoring LSAs, coordinating professional learning opportunities, supporting staff induction and development, and promoting consistent, high-quality support practices. The role requires a balance of leadership, coaching, administration, and direct student support, including working within a small program as an LSA for two days each week.
