Details: Education and Care Regulation and Support (ECRS) is seeking a highly capable Director, Compliance and Investigations to lead a specialist team responsible for delivering high-quality regulatory outcomes across the ACT's education and care and non-government school sectors. This leadership role oversees complex investigations, compliance activities, and enforcement action under a range of legislative frameworks.
The role requires strong leadership capability, sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated expertise in investigations, compliance, and regulatory decision-making. Experience leading teams, managing complex operational workloads, and working within legislative and administrative law frameworks will be highly regarded.
