Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1 Demonstrated capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, including coordinating and supporting others in specific work functions relevant to the role, such as daily organisation, staff replacement, scheduling and timetable construction and management.
SC2 Demonstrated hands-on experience constructing a full school timetable from scratch using Edval, together with proficiency in Compass, including maintaining accurate staffing, absence and timetable data.
SC3 High-level oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated capacity to collaborate and liaise effectively (via Microsoft Teams and in person) with a range of stakeholders within and outside the school, as well as to provide timely advice and support to senior management and staff on daily organisation and timetabling matters.
SC4 A commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth, for both self and others.
SC5 Demonstrated capacity to exercise a high degree of independence, judgement and accountability across a broad and complex range of daily organisation and timetabling functions, including budget monitoring and liaison with a wide range of staff, consistent with Range 4 responsibilities.
Role
This position is a 48/52 basis. Some work is required during school holiday periods, accruing as time-in-lieu during these periods.
