In this role, you will:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to co-create engaging programs that support the needs and interests of our children.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families, becoming a trusted and approachable presence in our OSHC community.
• Support children with diverse learning and emotional needs using your knowledge, compassion and adaptability.
• Communicate openly with families as partners in their child’s wellbeing and development.
• Contribute to shaping a positive culture and environment where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn.

Additional Information:

Hours of operation between 6:30am to 8:30am and 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (Term Time) and 6:30am to 6:00pm for Vacation Care.
