Current: Range: $153,472 - $172,733 per annum (pending experience) Townsville Catholic Education is seeking an experienced Curriculum Lead to support school leaders and teachers in strengthening curriculum delivery and improving student learning outcomes across our Diocese.Working closely with the Education Consultant, Learning and Teaching Team and schools, you will provide specialist curriculum advice, coaching and professional learning tailored to each school’s priorities and context.In this role, you will:Coach and support school leaders and teachers in curriculum deliveryHelp schools develop and achieve their improvement goalsCoordinate and deliver professional learning opportunitiesSupport curriculum review, renewal and system initiativesProvide advice on the Australian Curriculum, senior syllabi and QCAA requirementsBuild collaborative networks across schools and the broader TCE systemAbout youYou are an experienced Catholic educator with strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for building teacher capability and improving student outcomes.You will bring:Recent Catholic school experience across the P-12 contextExperience coaching educators and delivering professional learningStrong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and school improvementExcellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skillsExperience in curriculum development or educational leadershipYou will hold relevant tertiary qualifications, Queensland College of Teachers registration or eligibility, and full accreditation to teach or teach Religious Education in a Catholic school.
