Your Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Shalom College, Bundaberg, in the position of Library Manager. This is a full-time continuing role for 38 hours per week to commence as soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant. 

Typical duties include:-

  • Operate and be responsible for the library at the College, ensuring the delivery of services to the school community, including the supervision, monitoring and development of library staff. 
  • Develop the Library as a resource centre that support learning across all areas of the school curriculum
  • Establish and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the library that encourages effective learning and teaching opportunities for students and staff
