Commencement Date: 18 January 2027
Employment Status: Full-time contract until 16 January 2028
Salary Range: $86,000 - $147,048 (pending experience - includes Highly Accomplished (HAT) and Lead Teacher (LT) salary scale)

Your Role
Applications are invited for the full-time contract position of Instructional Coach (Central Highlands), commencing January 2027 until 16 January 2028. This role, ideally based in Emerald, provides support to four Catholic primary schools across the Western Region (Emerald, Springsure and Clermont).
The successful applicant will play a key role in strengthening teaching practice and building professional capability across the four Catholic primary schools in the Central Highlands. Working in partnership with school leaders, they will support the consistent implementation of high-quality, evidence-informed teaching approaches that align with the CEDR vision for inclusive curriculum, teaching and learning.
