This role, ideally based in Emerald, provides support to four Catholic primary schools across the Western Region (Emerald, Springsure and Clermont).The successful applicant will play a key role in strengthening teaching practice and building professional capability across the four Catholic primary schools in the Central Highlands. Working in partnership with school leaders, they will support the consistent implementation of high-quality, evidence-informed teaching approaches that align with the CEDR vision for inclusive curriculum, teaching and learning.The successful applicant will foster a culture of continuous improvement by empowering teachers to reflect on their practice, build confidence in their professional decision-making and enhance their impact on student learning. Through collaboration, relationship-building and targeted support, they will contribute to the development of strong professional learning communities across schools. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to influence teaching excellence and positively shape educational outcomes for students throughout the region.
