Role description

St Peter’s Anglican Grammar and St Peter’s Heart are two of three schools governed by Campbelltown Anglican Schools, as a ministry of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Campbelltown. St Peter’s Heart shares a site with St Peter’s Anglican Grammar. The two schools work closely together to create one St Peter’s community. As Christian independent schools, we are seeking to employ Christian staff who can contribute to the Council’s mission statement.

About the Role

Commencing Term 1 2027, we are seeking a passionate and committed School Assistant who will provide high-quality support to teachers and students. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Core Requirements

  • Are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Bible-based Evangelical Church
  • Support Campbelltown Anglican School’s vision of holistic Christian education
  • Conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with Campbelltown Anglican School’s ethos and Code of Conduct at all times, modelling Christian maturity to the School community
  • Have the ability to support students’ learning and development and assisting to ensure that the School provides quality Christian education to students
  • Have excellent communication and relational teaching skills
  • Have knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in schools
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC)
  • Work effectively and collaboratively in a team
