Location: Townsville Catholic Education Office, Kirwan 

Salary Range: $180,729 - $209,590 (pending experience) + Superannuation 

 

Are you a strategic and collaborative leader passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive?

Townsville Catholic Education is seeking a Manager, Inclusive Education to lead the delivery of inclusive education across our 29 schools. In this system-wide leadership role, you'll drive strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team and work alongside school and system leaders to strengthen inclusive practices, improve student outcomes and build capability across the organisation.

You'll provide leadership across inclusive education strategy, policy, governance and service delivery, while supporting schools to create learning environments where every student can access, participate and succeed. You'll also oversee workforce planning, professional learning, disability funding and continuous improvement, ensuring services remain contemporary, responsive and aligned with organisational priorities.
