In this system-wide leadership role, you'll drive strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team and work alongside school and system leaders to strengthen inclusive practices, improve student outcomes and build capability across the organisation.You'll provide leadership across inclusive education strategy, policy, governance and service delivery, while supporting schools to create learning environments where every student can access, participate and succeed. You'll also oversee workforce planning, professional learning, disability funding and continuous improvement, ensuring services remain contemporary, responsive and aligned with organisational priorities.Based in Townsville, you'll enjoy a relaxed North Queensland lifestyle with beautiful beaches, a vibrant community and easy access to Magnetic Island, while making a meaningful impact on education across the Diocese.About YouYou're an experienced educational leader with a passion for inclusion and a proven ability to lead people, influence strategy and drive organisational improvement. You build strong relationships, communicate with confidence and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve better outcomes for students.You'll also bring:Postgraduate qualifications in Education Leadership, Special Education and/or Inclusive Education.Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and system-wide initiatives.Strong knowledge of inclusive education legislation, disability standards and contemporary practice.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills.Townsville Catholic Education has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
