Location: Good Shepherd Catholic College, Mount Isa

Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances + Middle Leader Allowance Tier 3 ($19,535 per annum)

Incentives:  IPRASS and ITAS Allowance

 

Good Shephard Catholic College, Mount Isais seeking an experienced and dedicated Arts and Technologies Curriculum Leader.

This is a full-time Teaching role with a fixed term 3 year appointment to the Middle Leader position. 

The Curriculum Leader supports the mission of Good Shepherd Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership. 

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll demonstrate authentic leadership that nurtures faith, compassion and community. Your ability to model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive, supportive environment will be key to the ongoing success of both students and staff.

To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience in the Arts, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
