Role description

St Peter’s Anglican Grammar and St Peter’s Heart are two of three schools governed by Campbelltown Anglican Schools, as a ministry of St Peter’s Anglican Church, Campbelltown. St Peter’s Heart shares a site with St Peter’s Anglican Grammar. The two schools work closely together to create one St Peter’s community. As Christian independent schools, we are seeking to employ Christian staff who can contribute to the Council’s mission statement.

About the Role

Commencing Term 1 2027, we are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher (K–6) who will provide high-quality teaching, pastoral care and support for students with diverse learning needs. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will create engaging learning experiences, build strong relationships with families and contribute to a safe and positive school culture.

Core Requirements

  • Active Christian faith and regular involvement in a Bible-based Evangelical church.
  • Approved teaching qualification and NESA accreditation (eligibility to teach in NSW).
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, colleagues and external professionals.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing, pastoral care and achieving positive learning outcomes.
  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including disability and additional support requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team.
