Early Childhood Teachers contribute to creating a community where children are nurtured in an authentic Christian environment. Teaching and learning are guided by the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the expectations of the National Quality Standard (NQS) for ECEC services, ensuring play-based, intentional programs that support children’s wellbeing, identity, communication, and active engagement in learning.
