Mazenod College is a Catholic Secondary Boys Day / Boarding School conducted by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate.
The Finance Officer is responsible for supporting the effective financial operations of the College through the delivery of high-quality finance, payroll, and administrative services. The Finance Officer oversees the day-to-day financial processes, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Payroll Administration, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, Compliance obligations, and Stakeholder support.
The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant legislation and College policies. You will support the mission, values and ethos of the College by ensuring the financial integrity of the College through the efficient management of finance and payroll functions.
On appointment, the successful applicant will require:
a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Western Australia Department of Education National Police History Check (NPHC)
