Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive People and Culture Officer to join our team in delivering high-quality recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and People and Culture administration across the College.

As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will contribute to a positive employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle while helping strengthen organisational culture aligned with the College’s Christian mission and values.

Your Role

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
  • Prepare employment contracts, documentation, and maintain employee records
  • Administer Blue Card compliance and support People and Culture systems
  • Monitor and respond to People and Culture enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with People and Culture initiatives, communications, reporting, and projects
  • Support and participate in a spiritually vibrant culture that reflects the College’s Christian mission and values.
