Primary Teacher

Applications are invited for a qualified and enthusiastic Primary Japanese Teacher to join the MacKillop Catholic College Primary teaching team on a Fixed-Term contract for Term 4, 2026.

Contract Dates: 6th October 2026 to 15th January 2027

Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (leave coverage)

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience - Graduate $86,600 to Lead Teacher $147,048  FTE Gross per annum + 12.75% super

MacKillop Catholic College, a master-planned Prep to Year 12 College located in the growing southern corridor of Cairns, was established in 2016 with Prep-Year 3 classes.  The College has progressively developed by year levels and celebrates the first Year 12 cohort graduating in 2025.
