Role description
Model and lead high quality interdisciplinary curriculum development and pedagogical approaches to support quality career education, mentoring and guidance in the technical college and with employer partners.
This role will focus on the design, delivery and assessment of The Employability Skills Program by Technical College staff, Industry Partners and other agencies. Aligned to Technical College Industry Training Programs, Employability Skills provides a broad range of skills relevant to a variety of tasks in daily life, education, industry, social networks and interpersonal relationships. The program supports students through their personal growth journey to develop skills that can be transferred across careers, vocations and pathways. These skills help students adapt to change, build confidence, and promote lifelong success in today's changing workforce. The successful applicant will ensure students are supported through masterclasses, individual mentoring, and personal capturing of their individual journey.
