Salary Range: $89,525 - $102,735 per annum + Super (pending experience)

Townsville Catholic Education is seeking an Accountant to join our Financial Services team based in Townsville. Reporting to the Team Leader, Group Accounting, you'll play an important role in supporting the financial operations of one of North Queensland's largest education providers, helping ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of financial processes across our office and school network.

In this varied role, you'll contribute to a range of accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, asset accounting and financial reporting, while also supporting system administration, capital procurement activities and compliance obligations. Working closely with finance colleagues and stakeholders across our schools, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support practical financial solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organisation.
