Role description
Contract role. Immediate start.
As we support our existing staff with various professional development opportunities, an opportunity has been created for a fixed-term Teacher Aide role to join our Deception Bay campus team, playing an important role in supporting both teachers and students in our Years 10-12 classrooms. The role will be available for an immediate start and will continue through to Friday 18 September 2026 (the end of Term 3).
Teacher Aides at Kairos are integral members of the team. You will work directly with students, providing learning support tailored to their needs, assisting with classroom activities, and helping create an environment where young people feel valued, capable, and motivated.
We are seeking applicants who:
- Are enthusiastic about supporting young people to re-engage with learning
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
- Are flexible, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
- Are willing to contribute positively to the culture of a growing campus
- Hold a Cert III in Education Support (or studying towards) will be highly regarded.
