Walcom Ngarrwa Secondary College is continuing to grow and expand.  We are excited to offer both teaching and leadership opportunities to candidates excited to contribute to a new school, and the development of a positive school wide culture that supports the learning and wellbeing of students and staff.  

We are seeking experienced and dedicated educators who are committed to ongoing growth and development within a culture of collaboration and support.  This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to create the Year 10-12 sub-school from the ground up and in 2026 will provide you with an opportunity to lead and support school operations and the 7-9 sub-school.

The successful candidate for this role will form part of our executive leadership team and fulfil one of two Assistant Principal 3 roles.  This specific portfolio relates to the leadership and development of our Year 10-12 sub-school with the successful candidate leading the ongoing development of culture, routines, systems and staff development across both learning and wellbeing within the sub-school. 

About our School: 

Walcom Ngarrwa Secondary College is a new school that opened in Werribee in January 2024.  On opening Walcom Ngarrwa, welcomed 177 Year 7 students to the school community.  Over the coming years, the school will add a new year level every year through until 2029, when we will have students from Year 7-12.
