About the role
St John’s Regional College is a Catholic, co-educational College in the Lasallian and Presentation traditions, serving the parishes of Dandenong, Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Noble Park and Hampton Park
About the Role
The Learning Diversity Teacher plays a key role in supporting students across Years 7–12 by implementing targeted strategies and interventions to enhance learning outcomes. Working closely with the Leader of Learning Diversity and teaching staff, you will help create inclusive, engaging, and differentiated learning experiences for all students.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide classroom support for students with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in developing and implementing differentiated learning strategies
• Research and implement best practice intervention programs to support student learning
• Support the development and monitoring of Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs)
• Analyse student data (e.g. NAPLAN, ACER) to inform teaching practices
• Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
