About the Role: Childcare OSHC Educator / Support Worker

Employment Type: Casual

Join our OSHC team to plan and deliver fun, educational, and engaging activities for primary-aged children. This casual role includes work during school holiday programs as well as before and after school hours, providing ongoing casual opportunities to make a positive impact in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
  • Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Supervise and interact with children during structured and free-play activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all children.

Position Requirements

Candidates must either:

  • Hold a ACECQA approved qualification OR
  • Have experience working with children as a Support Worker. Unqualified applicants will be considered.

In addition, candidates will ideally:

  • Have a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
