About the Role: Childcare OSHC Educator / Support Worker
Employment Type: Casual
Start Date: ASAP
Join our OSHC team to plan and deliver fun, educational, and engaging activities for primary-aged children. This casual role includes work during school holiday programs as well as before and after school hours, providing ongoing casual opportunities to make a positive impact in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Supervise and interact with children during structured and free-play activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all children.
Position Requirements
Candidates must either:
- Hold a ACECQA approved qualification OR
- Have experience working with children as a Support Worker. Unqualified applicants will be considered.
In addition, candidates will ideally:
- Have a genuine passion for working with children.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
