About the Role: College Psychologist
Employment Type: Contract for 2026 (Maternity Cover), with the possibility of ongoing employment
FTE: Part time (0.2 – 0.6 FTE)
Start Date: April 2026
South Coast Baptist College is seeking a compassionate and qualified College Psychologist to join our Student Services team. In this role, you will support the wellbeing of students from Kindergarten to Year 12 through evidence-based psychological services, contributing to a safe, supportive, and nurturing school environment.

Selection Criteria:
Relevant psychology qualifications and registration (minimum requirement)
Experience supporting children, adolescents, and families
Demonstrated ability to provide evidence-based psychological interventions
Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
Commitment to supporting students within a Christian school context
Sound professional judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
