Location Profile

Badger Creek Primary School is embarking on a new journey as we commence the first year of our new Strategic Plan in 2024. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated staff to assist us with achieving our vision.

Badger Creek Primary School is located in beautiful surroundings, 4km south of Healesville, across the road from the Healesville Sanctuary with whom we work in partnership with. Our school has a rich history linked with the indigenous settlement at Corranderk.  Badger Creek Primary has strong community links. Badger Creek Kindergarten is located across the road and provides the majority of the prep enrolments for our school. Healesville High School is located a short distance away and is the secondary school many of our graduating students attend.

Our school values of Respect, Pride, Integrity, Responsibility and Care and Support guide us on our journey to be a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. We have a current enrolment of 254 students. Students attend BCPS from the Badger Creek district, Healesville. We have an SFO of 0.3541.

Badger Creek Primary School has been recognised for it's exceptional commitment to the Marrung Education Plan, improving Koorie education outcomes and closing the gap in educational achievement.

Currently BCPS has 13 full time staff and 5 part-time staff, including 4 specialist teachers teaching Music, Art, PE and Auslan.
