Christian Studies Teacher
Full Time | North Parramatta, NSW
Commencing January 2027 (or by negotiation)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and highly capable Christian Studies Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive teaching community. This is a full-time position within a school that proudly delivers both the NSW Higher School Certificate (HSC) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes, preparing students to thrive academically, spiritually and personally.

As a Christian Studies Teacher, you will inspire students to engage thoughtfully with faith, ethics, biblical literacy and contemporary issues, while fostering a culture of inquiry, respect and meaningful dialogue. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the spiritual life of the school and support the development of students as confident, compassionate and globally minded young people.

About the Role

The successful applicant will:

  • Teach Christian Studies across a range of year groups.
  • Create engaging and student-centred learning experiences that encourage critical thinking and reflection.
  • Contribute to the pastoral care and wellbeing of students.
  • Support the Christian ethos and spiritual formation programs of the School.
  • Engage in co-curricular, service-learning and boarding activities as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
