Role description
St Thomas Aquinas Primary School is seeking a Classroom Teacher who is passionate and willing to work collaboratively with a team of dedicated and innovative teachers from 2027 onwards. The successful applicant will play vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is known, valued and supported.
The role involves delivering engaging, differentiated learning aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and Catholic values, building strong relationships with students and families, and working collaboratively with colleagues to support the diverse academic, social and emotional needs within the school.
A commitment to Child Safety, Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL), and ongoing professional learning is essential. Above all, the successful classroom teacher would model compassion, dignity and respect in all interactions, supporting each child to grow in confidence, resilience and faith.
This is an ongoing position with the role commencing at the beginning of the 2027 school year.
