Role description
South East Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
The Facilities Officer oversees the day-to-day management of school facilities, grounds, security, cleaning, maintenance, fleet and venue hire, including coordinating staff and
contractors and prioritising maintenance and repair work.
The role also manages routine facilities budgets, compliance and safety systems, resources and stock,
contributes to the Facility Management Plan, and works with the Business Manager and Principal to ensure the school’s facilities are safe, functional and well maintained.
