About the Role
MCHF is seeking an exceptional and inspiring leader to join the Executive Team as Deputy Principal – Wellbeing to commence in 2027. Reporting directly to the Principal, this executive leadership role provides strategic direction across student wellbeing, behaviour, pastoral care, engagement and safeguarding, ensuring every student is supported to flourish academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
This is a pivotal executive leadership position focused on shaping a culture where every student is known, valued and supported to thrive. We are looking for a relational and strategic leader who can cultivate a culture of belonging, lead whole-school wellbeing initiatives, strengthen staff capability and use evidence-informed practices to create a safe, inclusive and thriving learning environment for all students.
About You
You are a highly collaborative and student-centred leader with a deep understanding of contemporary wellbeing practices, positive behaviour support and pastoral leadership. You are committed to fostering a culture of high expectations and care, and can confidently engage with students, families, staff and external agencies to support positive outcomes for young people.
