Early Learning Teacher (0.6 FTE Permanent)Commencing January 2027

Faith Lutheran College is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Teacher to join our highly regarded Early Learning Centre from January 2027.

Located in the heart of the beautiful Barossa Valley, Faith Lutheran College is an ELC to Year 12 Christian learning community committed to nurturing curiosity, wellbeing and a lifelong love of learning. About the Role

The successful applicant will:

• Work collaboratively within a supportive and professional Early Years team.
• Plan and deliver engaging play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences.
• Foster children's curiosity, creativity, wellbeing and independence.
• Create nurturing and stimulating learning environments both indoors and outdoors.
• Build positive partnerships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support the Christian ethos and values of the College.

Essential Criteria

• Current South Australian Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Demonstrated understanding of contemporary Early Childhood pedagogy.
