Are you an experienced and relational educational leader who is passionate about Christian education and building a thriving school community? St James Lutheran College is seeking an exceptional Deputy Principal (P-12) to join our Senior Leadership Team and work alongside the Principal to provide strategic, operational and people-focused leadership across our Kindergarten to Year 12 College.

This pivotal executive role supports the delivery of the College's Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan through leadership of staff development, college operations, student wellbeing, compliance, community engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively with staff, students and families, you will help foster a Christ-centred culture where every member of our community can flourish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee College operations, systems and strategic initiatives
