Marian Catholic College Kenthurst is seeking an inspiring and experienced Science 2pt Coordinator to lead our thriving Science Faculty from the beginning of 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative Science educator and leader to shape curriculum, develop staff, inspire students and drive excellence in Science education across Years 7–12.

As Science 2pt Coordinator, you will provide educational leadership within the Science Faculty and contribute to the ongoing development of teaching and learning across the College.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and support the Science Faculty in delivering engaging, innovative and contemporary learning programs.
- Provide instructional leadership and foster a culture of high expectations, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lead curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation across the Science Faculty.
- Support and develop teachers through mentoring, collaboration and professional learning.
- Monitor student achievement and use data and evidence to inform teaching and learning practices.
- Promote effective assessment practices and ensure alignment with College and NESA requirements.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports the academic, social and personal development of students.
