Role description
Siena Catholic College, Pymble is seeking a passionate and skilled Director of Teaching and Learning. Siena Catholic College is a new K-12 co-educational College opening on the North Shore, and we are seeking an individual who will be suitably qualified, enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team, and who will bring energy, commitment and enthusiasm to support the development of this emerging College.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity commencing in Term 1 2027. There is a Coordinator 3 allowance associated with this position.
The Director of Teaching and Learning is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, sharing responsibility for leadership of the College's vision, mission and strategic priorities. The Director of Teaching and Learning is delegated responsibility by the Principal to work with the Assistant Principals to lead teaching and learning. The Director of Teaching and Learning also works with the Assistant Principals, other senior leaders and teaching staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment that prioritises professional learning for staff to ensure student learning growth.
