About the Role

Brigidine College St Ives is seeking a passionate and skilled Diverse Learning Teacher to join our dedicated Diverse Learning team. Guided by our motto Fortiter et Suaviter — Strength and Gentleness — we are committed to ensuring every student can access, participate in, and thrive within our curriculum.

In this role, you will balance direct student support with staff capacity building, championing inclusive practice across the College. You will be a key advocate for students with disability and additional learning needs, working collaboratively with families, classroom teachers, Teacher Aides, and external practitioners to deliver meaningful, personalised outcomes.

This is a full-time permanent position commencing in October 2026 or by negotiation. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation and review of ILPs in collaboration with staff, students and parents/carers.
• Support teachers with differentiation, reasonable adjustments and collaborative curriculum planning. Co-teach with classroom teachers where appropriate.
