Join Our Executive Leadership Team 
Kolbe Catholic College is seeking an experienced, highly organised and values-driven leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Director of Campus Administration. 
Reporting directly to the Principal, the Director of Campus Administration plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the College's administrative functions, processes and major events. The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems and procedures that support the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the College. 
As a member of the College Executive, this position requires a collaborative and service-oriented leader who fosters positive relationships, promotes a culture of professionalism and excellence, and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the College community. 
About the Role 
Key responsibilities include: 
•Providing strategic oversight and leadership of campus administration functions. 
•Leading and enhancing administrative systems, policies and operational processes. 
•Coordinating and overseeing significant College events and initiatives. 
•Contributing to College-wide planning and continuous improvement strategies. 
•Working collaboratively with Executive, Leadership and Administration teams to achieve organisational goals. 
•Building positive relationships with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.
