ROLE OUTLINE
This is a full-time, fixed-term (1 year) position.
As an Early Years Teacher, you will create nurturing, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. You will foster the social, emotional, spiritual and academic growth of young learners, while actively contributing to the faith life and Catholic identity of the College.
Your day will look like:
· Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
· Delivering play-based and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
· Supporting the social, emotional, spiritual and academic development of students
· Building positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
· Encouraging independence, confidence and a love of learning in every child
· Modelling the College's values and actively supporting the Catholic ethos of the College
