About the Opportunity

St Patrick's Marist College Dundas is seeking a passionate and dynamic TAS Teacher to join our collaborative team on a temporary full-time basis. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing in Term 4, 2026.

The successful applicant will have the ability to teach Stages 4 and 5 Food Technology and Design and Technology. Experience teaching Stage 6 Hospitality and/or Design and Technology will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

As a Teacher at St Patricks you will play a key role in supporting teaching, learning and wellbeing across the school community. Responsibilities include

• Teaching Stages 4 and 5 Food Technology and Design and Technology

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of curriculum requirements within TAS subject areas

• Applying extensive pedagogical knowledge and an understanding of how students learn within the identified subject areas

• Differentiating learning to cater for student needs and maximise student outcomes

• Developing effective learning environments, lesson plans, assessment practices and learning feedback
