Role description

The Learning Support Officer (LSO) works collaboratively with the Director of Learning Diversity, classroom teachers and College leaders to provide targeted support for students with diverse learning needs. The Learning Support Officer contributes to creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment where all students are inspired and challenged to reach their potential.

As a member of the College staff, the Learning Support Officer will promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile. The Learning Support Officer will actively participate in the implementation of the College Vision and Mission Statement and be guided by the College motto of Live Fully Act Justly.
