Information Technology Teacher (years 9 to 12 )

We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and engaging Information Technology Teacher to join Penola Catholic College and teach in an innovative and contemporary environment.

This is an ongoing position Full time or Part time.

As an innovative Information Technology Teacher you will strive to create a learning environment which engages and extends our students, enabling all students to flourish. 

About You

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’ and have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks. You will also be registered or have the ability to be registered with VIT. Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.

You will be required to teach Information Technology to years 9 to 12.  Our IT program includes  Programming and Robotics, Creative IT,  AI and Emerging Technology, with pathways through VCE and the VET Certificate III in Information Technology.
