Role description
As an Education Assistant (General), you play a key role in fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students. You will support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning programs by assisting with classroom activities and providing individual and small-group support. You will help maintain a positive and safe learning environment, enabling students to access the curriculum, develop essential skills, and achieve their personal learning goals.
Your day will look like:
· Collaborating with teachers in implementing planned activities and programs to enhance student engagement and success
· Providing one-on-one or small group support during classroom activities
· Contributing to create an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere where all students can thrive
· Helping students reach their personal learning goals and building confidence in their abilities
· Being a role model of the College’s values and actively supporting Catholic identity
