Role description
Position Details:
The Director of Mission is a Senior Leader who supports the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in their strategic leadership of the College. The Director of Mission promotes and articulates the mission, ethos and educational goals of the College, and gives witness to the distinct educational, moral and social purpose of the College within the evangelising Mission of the Church.
Position Description:
Full-time, ongoing position commencing 1 January 2027.
Selection Criteria:
The successful applicant will have:
• A 4-year teaching qualification
• Accreditation for Leadership in Catholic Schools
• Strong leadership experience and skills
• Experience of working in a middle or senior leadership position
• Experience of coaching or mentoring staff
• Experience of developing and delivering whole staff professional learning
• Excellent interpersonal skills, which promote positive relationships
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Desirable:
The successful applicant will have:
• Proven experience of working in a similar role.
