Role description

Position Details:

Lumen Christi College is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher to join our English Learning Area. As a Teacher at Lumen Christi College, you will embrace our College Vision for Learning, Discover Together, which challenges us to inspire excellence within a welcoming community. We work collaboratively to explore possibilities and empower all to shine. Together, we create a connected and supportive learning environment, guided by the Light of Christ. 

This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing 1 January 2027.

Selection Criteria:

Essential:
•    Be prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties as a member of the Lumen Christi College community
•    A minimum four-year Tertiary qualification, which includes appropriate educational qualifications for the position advertised.
•    Current full registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA)
Desirable:
•    A proven ability to work in a collaborative environment as a member of a team
•    An ability to assist with the development of community amongst staff, students and parents
•    Demonstrated a willingness to be involved in the co-curricular life of the College 
•    A capacity to relate easily and professionally with students, parents and staff
