Salary Range: $149,764 to $157,120 per annum pending experience + Super + Allowances

As the Assistant Principal Pedagogy and Learning, you’ll share in the responsibility for leading teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with the Principal and staff, you’ll drive evidence-based approaches that enhance engagement, improve student outcomes, and build teacher capability.

You’ll model and promote excellence in classroom practice, leading initiatives that embed high-quality pedagogy and consistent, data-informed teaching across year levels. Your leadership will empower teachers to innovate, collaborate and continually refine their craft - creating learning environments where every student can thrive.

Drawing on your deep understanding of curriculum, assessment and contemporary educational practice, you’ll foster a professional learning culture that’s reflective, faith-filled and future-focused.
