The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) is seeking a Principal Education Officer (Technology) to join the Learning Areas Unit, Health and PE and Technology. The role of the Principal Education Officer (Technology) is to lead and develop initiatives to assist and support teachers in their implementation of curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment programs. The Principal Education Officer (Technology) leads teams of casual writers and assessors to develop syllabuses and resources, quality assure school-devised assessments and school judgments and develop and mark external assessments.
