Director of Administration

Commencement Date: 18 January 2027
Employment Type: Fixed Term, Leadership Position (5 years)

This position holds a Substantive Permanent Teaching Position within Catholic Education, Diocese of Cairns 


Salary Range: Paid in accordance with the Senior Leadership Salary Scale (DP $153,276 to $164,999 FTE gross per annum)

About the Role

Working in partnership with staff, parents and students and in collaboration with the College Leadership team, the Director of Administration supports the Principal and Deputy Principal in the overall leadership and management of the College.

The Director of Administration:

  • Oversees the management of the daily organisation of the College in consultation with the Deputy Principal.
  • Fosters commitment to the Strategic Plan across the College community.
  • Oversees the management of staff, including human resources.
