Role description

ABORIGINAL SUPPORT WORKER

•  Permanent 

•  Flexible hours per week, 40 weeks per year

•  Based at Murray Bridge

•  Commencing 12 October 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Aboriginal Support Worker to join our thriving school community in Murray Bridge. The successful candidate will have knowledge, experience and passion for working with Aboriginal young people (particularly, Ngarrindjeri people, who are local to the Murray Bridge region) and have a high level of initiative and self-direction. The role sits within a large and highly supportive Learning Support team. We are ideally looking for an Education Support Officer (ESO) but days and hours of work are all negotiable.

A direct connection to Ngarrindjeri community and culture will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Applicants are required to have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, a philosophy of Christian Education and regular church attendance.
