The Centre Manager reports to the Executive Director of Early Learning for the strategic leadership and daily operational management of the Early Learning Centre. The Centre Manager provides visionary and relational leadership across all aspects of early childhood education and care in a collaborative, child-centred environment. The role leads regulatory compliance, staff performance, curriculum quality, financial management and family engagement, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and the School’s commitment to excellence in character and care.
