Role description
Redeemer Lutheran School is seeking a passionate Literacy Leader within our unique Village Learning environment.
Position available: Literacy Leader commencing January 2027.

Position Scope: Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal: Teaching and Learning. The Literacy Leader provides strategic leadership for the teaching and learning of literacy from Foundation to Year 6 at Redeemer Lutheran School. This role supports the development and implementation of consistent, evidence-informed practices that improve student literacy outcomes.
