The Opportunity
Reporting to the Deputy Head (Teaching & Learning K–12), the Director of Teaching is a key educational leader responsible for advancing teaching excellence across the School.
Working collaboratively with Heads of Department, Directors of Learning, Learning Coaches and senior leaders, you will lead the development and implementation of evidence-informed teaching practices, instructional coaching frameworks, professional growth pathways and innovative approaches that strengthen teacher capability and improve student outcomes.
