Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

As we plan for 2027, a unique opportunity exists for a globally-minded, experienced early years teacher passionate about early childhood practice and pedagogy.

This is a full-time position, commencing January 2027.

The ideal candidate will:

• have a strong understanding and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework and Primary Years Program (PYP) Pedagogy  
• collaborate to design, implement and reflect on play-based learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and needs, fostering curiosity, inquiry and active engagement in learning
• have an enthusiasm to teach children in a way that is innovative, engaging and inclusive
• effectively manage the classroom to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment 
• demonstrate strengths in communication, relationship building and teamwork
